Construction Double Room

June 1, 2019:

After several small renovations, 1 large project is still waiting. A kitchen that was part of an apartment, later used as a breakfast room for 2 rooms, now becomes a double room. It may sound like a small remodel, but in reality it means a little more. A separate toilet and bathroom should be created. Many pipes come from the basement and go through rooms to the attic. Walls are additionally insulated and authentic parts must be spared. The number of working hours is not important, what counts is the result. A cozy room with a balcony is a nice addition to our Pension.
